The drop off location was fine but I felt like the gentleman that was running the fitness center didn't really know what I should do to complete the dropoff.
Kristen JWhen I got in the truck the gas gauge wasn’t on Full and I drove 15 miles but when I filled it up it took 4 gallons? Which is under 4 mph does that sound right to you?
MARK AOutloud problem was the U-Haul app did not work. We are tech savvy but the app only gave errors no matter what we did. This resulted in us not being able to self drop off then hunting for a staffed location on a Sunday afternoon. The young man there was pleasant but because he seemed to be there alone he could not go outside with us to confirm we dropped of. We had to leave with no confirmation of drop off. Fortunately a day later we were emailed confirmation and a receipt of drop off.
Ruth GThe owner was rude. My friend and I perceived him to be racist because we are Hispanic. He asked my last name like three times and kept mispronouncing it. He also charged me for the insurance even when he asked me if I wanted it and at least twice I said no. I felt so discriminated that we took pictures and video before and after we used the truck. The truck had one quarter tank when I got it and I returned it with half a tank. I really hope he doesn't try anything else. The insurance charge was enough. I called and they supposedly will reimburse me but if I don't see this guy again ever in my life, I'll be happy. I'm an American citizen and don't need anyone looking down on me.

NASEEM SElizabethtown Fitness is always a horrible experience when trying to rent a U-Haul. They never seem to know that they have reservations, the trucks are not clean and the staff say that it is more of a pain to rent the trucks than what it is worth. The gas tank only had 5 gallons of fuel in it when I picked it up so I had to spend more money than what I was given I credit. If the trucks had full tanks, it would be easy for the renters to top off the tank before returning it. When I did turn it in the girl at the front desk did not care to inspect to truck for the return of any equipment, damage to the truck or the fuel level. I asked if she could check it and she said they don’t do that. I will never rent another truck from this location or recommend them to anyone.

Vincent SSince I used online drop-off, I did not enter a facility or interact with anyone at this location. Due to dropping off the rental after dark, I did not see much of the facility. The lot was moderately lit but had good space which allowed for reasonable handling.

Jordan WThe truck share app is absolutely useless. It did not make my experience easy whatsoever. It actually made it a little more tedious. Also, the truck battery died at my home.
Christopher FError when charging my card. Instead of total cost being around $45. I was charged $120. No opps, or apologies and uncertain of how long the over charge will take to be refunded. Disappointed with there customer service abilities.
Felicia SClean the windows. Windshield was horrible. Tried using the wiper and fluid to clean it.. no luck.. wipers need replaced. The one kid that was helping was awesome. The older gentleman needs anger management. Also update the wi-fi so customers don't have to wait for a signal and why was did the young kid ha e to use his own phone? Clean the office. Look like there hasn't been any updates since the 80's.
mark sService truck-I had to add 2 quarts of oil before I could use it costing me $20. The drivers window handle fell off, when I attempted to roll the window down. The molding around the windshield was broken and missing in areas. The air conditioner was luke warm at best(not a good thing on a hot and humid day). The wipers were unable to clear the rain properly across the windshield resulting in dangerous conditions when driving in the rain(they need replaced).

brandi mI have rented several u-haul trucks and trailers in the past but none ever originated at a fitness club. I was initially apprehensive, thinking that I might wind up talking them through the process. That initially worry was alleviated quickly however. The staff at the fitness center were knowledgeable, helpful, accurate and very easy to work with from pick up to return. This turned out to be a very stress-free rental. Thank you.
Jesse ZGood experience all around. Maybe more emphasis could be placed on the hitch ball size needed for the trailers, as the one I started with was for a large travel trailer and not a small utility trailer.

Glen HOnly problem was pickup location was suppose to be in Hershey Pa. four miles from my location and not Elizabethtown 20 miles away. The lady in Hershey stated they took her help away and she was all alone in the facility, and could not retrieve the trailer from Elizabethtown.
VICTOR WThe inside of the cabin was covered with coffee stains, and later on was bed bags. Every time I’m taking the truck there is less gas or more mileage than on paper. Do to the luck of time I did took it and said nothing, but it’s not the first time.
SOFIA BOverall my experience was a good one ,I had a trailer reserved for 6 hours.but when I picked up my trailer at 7:30 am,and I had it reserved for 6 hours.but before I had even hooked the trailer to my suv.i was asked several times when will I be bringing back the trailer. I think in the future. Customer should be reminded how long they have the equipment. Then ask if the equipment will be returned earlier then the time for the rental. This will not deter me from using uhaul in the future. I'm guessing this location was really busy that day.
Michael SThe only reason that I would not recommend this location is that there was no ramp on the 10ft truck. I did not know this until after I came to pick up the truck. I need to be able to move two appliances on my own and this caused a lot of inconvenience.

Patrick JTruck was not clean. Steering wheel was not straight. Pulled to the right. Lots of play with the steering wheel. A few times when at a stop light, even though foot was on the brake petal the engine would automatically Rev causing us to get closer to the car in front of us. Truck sounded like it was struggling to get to 60 mph. For charging $.99 a mile, the truck should be in good shape and alignment done to insure you are getting the proper mileage especially when the customer has to fill up the gas tank.
Bryan FOverall the truck was clean. My main concern was the box which was clean. The front driver side in the cab had a muddy floor, but it wasn’t anything that negatively affected our experience with UHaul.

Todd WHad trouble with the 24/7 app. Wanted more verification while at location. 1. Alternate phone #(who has a land line and how would you answer it?) 2. Passport(I'm not leaving the country why would I have that on me?) 3. Employer phone #(yeah like I want them calling that about my personal business). But the physical check in had me straightened out and on my way in less time than it would taken to take and upload all those picture, not to mention friendly and polite too.
