I asked for a car hauler trailer and they had one lined up for me by the next morning. I had called after lunch that day. Quick, efficient, and friendly. Very professional. The gentleman was very forthcoming about all the information i would need for my rental. Definitely recommend.

David WPlease make it clear in the reservation email that things must be done on the app or online. My sister reserved this assuming a human would be on site to assist us. That was not the case.

Todd VWell maintained is stretching it some truck needed alignment and balancing 2000 miles with a constant pull to the right. Neither 12volt electric chargers worked. Over all I made it.

jack aWhen we picked up the U-Haul, Smith Straw did not have the 15 ft truck that we reserved. The employee offered us a 20ft truck for the same price. When we took the 20ft truck home, it was infested with german cockroaches. We returned the U-Haul and we were able to cancel the order. The employee was helpful, although I still have to rate this as poor service for the lack of a 15ft truck and for the infestation.

I also recommend Smith Straw as a corporate partner for all U-Haul Landscaping needs throughout the continental Unites States. Steve SI made an online reservation for 4:45 which was confirmed via email. I arrived at the location early to find that the location was closed. Website reflects open at 0800/8am Saturday. I arrived at 7:50 and waited until 0830/830am and no one should up. There was 3 other individuals there at 0800 who had confirmed reservations and again no one should up. Completely un-professional needles to say ridiculous. UHAUL SUCKS…..

Esau LIt said it was open, I called the number and got no response. Left a message and never received a call back. The online phone option is tedious and time consuming and the find location feature needs to be turned off.

Richard BScott was very helpful solving the problem with drop off, there was an issue with mileage not being recorded at pick up location, it worked out in the end, waited in the parking lot to be sure I was not going to be overcharged was my only complaint. Scott went above and beyond to give me the best customer service and I’m very grateful for his quick response to assist and assuring me that I would not be overcharged.

Christopher MI was scheduled to pick up a trailer at 4:00pm. I got here and there was no one there. I called the number and talked to someone who said the guy was helping someone else on the lot. But there was no one on the lot. I waited 10 minutes and called back. I was told that someone would be there soon. I waited another 10 minutes and was told that they were trying to find the guy who was supposed to be there. The guy drove up around 4:40 pm with a friend. I had movers waiting at my house. He gave no explanation to why he was late.

Scott SGiven the wrong truck The A/C broken in 120 degree heat index trying to move with no ac in truck is horrible. It did not seen to matter to dealer. We had them check the ac at pick-up and they said sorry broken windows work. They offered another truck after realizing made mistake and gave a 45 minute window to exchange the truck before closing and we explained had just fully loaded the truck and wound take at least hour. Sorry we will be closed. Check in today no refund discount nothing.
