I ordered your truck on Friday and explained what I was doing. I was not sure how long I would need the truck for. Come Monday I knew I needed the truck until Wednesday if not longer. Monday was a day I could be in Clarksville and make extra payment if need be. Well Tuesday she calls my phone leaving messages to call back. At the end of the day when I could call back I did, made arrangements to pay more (which is why I called the day before!). I go back to delete the 9 voicemails and in some of them she is threatening me about calling the law and reporting the truck stolen. She did the same thing to my son who works nights and sleeps during the day, he let me know some time after the arrangement I made the same day. She calls again Wednesday at 5:35 wanting to know for sure when I will bring the truck back. I explained it will be Thursday sometime in the afternoon. I feel harassed and pressured from this woman, needless to say I will avoid this woman and her business for sure in the future. If I had known what I was going to be going through, I wouldn’t have bothered with it. I’m stressed enough with waiting to get in to a new apartment. If by any chance the subject ever come up I will tell others to avoid the U-Haul place at exit 55 in Clarksville AR, it’s not worth hassle.

I've rented U-Haul's 4 times over the last 12 months to move from Russellville, AR to Siloam Springs, AR. Twice I had to pick up the uhaul in Clarksville, AR which is 26 miles away. This is spite of me ordering it to be picked up at West Main mini storage in Russellville AR. This last time there was no vehicle available for 2 hrs past my pick up time. There has been incidents in the past where I had to drive across town to pick up blankets and dolly at other uhaul locations. The first truck I rented had to be jumped to start if left shut off for more than 8 hrs. I always enjoy telling everyone about my uhaul experiences.
I really have had a terrible experience on this move and would like to talk to someone with authority about this experience. I have used Uhaul before and was great but this had to many problems to mention. Please have someone with authority call me. 479-353-1350
