Improve drop off location availability.
We arrived at our new home with a loaded truck at 11 pm. Our Uhaul was paid for until midnight. With lots of help we did get our truck unloaded by 1 am, and went to bed after an exhausting day. By 10 am Saturday morning, Ernie's Auto was calling us wanting the truck back. We were obviously very busy unpacking, but assured the lady we would get the truck back ASAP. At 11 am, she called again, asking for the truck to be returned. We had not had the opportunity to refill the gas tank with the 1/4 tank of fuel we used. She said bring it on anyway, someone else needed our truck. We hurriedly took the truck back (over 12 hours early!) to accommodate this lady. When we got there, we asked that our fuel refill be waved because of the inconvenience she requested of us. She proceeded with a sad tale of woe about her financial situation and insisted we give her money for the fuel. We ended up giving her $22 cash just to get out of there, and get back home to continue the task of settling into our new home. We were given no receipt, but I seriously doubt we actually used as much gas as we paid her for. WE WERE VERY DISASTIFIED WITH THIS EXPERIENCE!!!!!!
I was suppose to get a truck in Northwest Arkansas(Rogers), but Uhaul had overbooked. I had to have my father in-law go pick this truck up in Clarksville. It was not a great experience at all. I highly doubt I would use Uhaul again.

Was happy with the service we received. Staff was there as needed during hours expected.
Charged my card when I was going to pay cash for it it was even in notes on rental caused a problem for me that should of not even happened everything was great except the billing and being told nothing can be done about it is something a customer should never hear
