I really have had a terrible experience on this move and would like to talk to someone with authority about this experience. I have used Uhaul before and was great but this had to many problems to mention. Please have someone with authority call me. 479-353-1350

Give correct rental price agreement before pickup
The lights did not work on the trailer and we had to repair the electric cord. We were also overcharged in Clarksville but the Shreveport location was supposed to issue a credit.
Attendant waited on customers ahead of us when we were there first. Attendant took too long to get us processed. Attendant didn't take pride in her job or customers. Also very unclean facility.
I reserved a 14' uhaul truck 2 weeks prior to my "pick-up" date of Saturday April 5th. I informed the clerk that I would pick the truck up @ 8:30 am on the 5th. The clerk called me @ 8:00 am on the 5th of April and said they couldn't get a truck the day before, but that I would have the truck by 10:00am. Then the clerk called @ 9:30am and said it would be 10:30am when the truck got there. I arrived 2 the Uhaul location @10:30 and no one was there @ there was a padlock on the door. I drove to the other 2 Uhaul locations in town & there wasn't any trucks there either. I drove back to the original location @ 11:00am, and the clerk was there and said I wouldn't have the truck until 3:30pm! I canceled the reservation on the spot! I will tell everyone I know, NOT to reserve a uhaul from this business.
