Have the truck available at location reserved so I don't have to run all over town to find it.
We did not need to utilize our self-storage reservation. So we would like the $6.95 refund,and to be sure we are not charged the storage rate and insurance. Thank you. Dana Phalen
First I was told office was open 10-2, did not open until after 10AM, two people waiting before doors opened. Second, he told me my truck was not available, ? I reserved to have a truck ready, I was told during reservation that I had truck for that day 5/3/14. He told me that truck was not returned, ok but if truck was not returned how is that my problem, you knew it wasnt returned so why wait until I show up and have movers waiting for this truck to figure it out. He charged me same price for the smaller truck and told me he was charge me 10 cents less per mile, I was charged for 20 miles and only went 15-16, no refund was given?? He was very unprofessional and I will drive across the city to use Uhaul if every needed again. I will not recommend this location ever.
tell customer beforehand that they will need to provide a lock to secure their belongings in the truck. wish we had known
No one who could check out or in Truck....They just gave me the keys and said GO!!
U-HAUL should not send out equipment that is not road ready and should not have the customer have to get it road ready. Reference claim # 577651
