Tari KTo start off the app failed to work and was unable to find my location. I ended up going in the business to take care of the paperwork. The location had two young adults working who seemed highly uninterested in helping and appeared upset that they had to get off their phones to help me. One failed to even look up, the other did help but was almost annoyed. (Note to uhaul itself, if the app is so intriguing to the user experience please improve the reliability of the app.) After getting the truck no major issues outside an uncomfortable amount of rattling and banging coming from the box. However, when completing my activities I was able to return the truck within my rental window and during their businesses hours. The one person who didn't even get off their phones the first time was still working there and again hardly looked up. I told the individual I was returning the truck and asked if I needed to complete any paper work etc.. they hardly acknowledged me and said I was good to go. However, several days later I get an email from uhaul saying I still hadn't returned the truck. Calling uhaul support was quick but annoyingly the person who completely the original paper had left for the day so the person helping me on the phone was a bit lost and didn't give me much details or information.. later that same day I finally got my receipt. To recap my frustrations, the issue was the clucky app, somewhat unprofessional customer support the awful service at this particular rental place.
Morgan WThe staff was untrained. Disheveled like they had just rolled out of bed. Ripped jeans etc. staff didn’t know the rental process. Didn’t know the lock box code. We wasted half hour of time waiting while staff tried to figure things out. Staff was friendly and I don’t blame the young kids working the counter. but the store was messy and management wasn’t onsite. This is a reflection on whoever manages this store.
