Maintenance the vehicle...the brakes were spaky and there was a growling almost rattling sound coming from the hood ...it definitely made me pay attention to it...kind if scary when stopping...the cab of the truck wasn't very clean in the cup holders sections ...other that that it got me where I was going and back...

Rude, does not allow for “after hours drop off” when they close the gate at 5! There was no indication I had to drop off during business hours and when I said I had things to do ON A SUNDAY MORNING he told me “Just have to plan your day”. Rude and disrespectful.

Maybe explain to your customers that they’re only allowed 30 miles instead of just asking for their info and handing them their keys to go. I had to dish out $200 extra for miles because your employees fail to mention that to people. I didn’t sign anything what so ever either the contract wasn’t even signed. Nothing was explained. I had to rent a uhaul because we got evicted. Being evicted means we’re broke on top of having 7 children under 9. So thanks for ruining Christmas even more guys. I will definitely NOT be recommending you guys to anyone.

Stop favoring your location’s by making your customers drive an extra 22 miles at $1 per mi just so you can make an extra $$$. My local uhaul had 7 trucks available 1 mile from my house and then lied to me about being available. I checked they didn’t move all weekend. I won’t be using U Haul again thieves and liars!!!

I reserved a truck at a location close to my home, because you can do that as each location has it's own website. I was called by a main "traffic" department saying my chosen local location didn't have the truck I wanted. Why not? I was able to reserve it?? I was told I would have to drive to the next town over for the truck I needed. This added 12 miles to my bill or $12, I should not have to pay that extra amount. No issues picking up the truck except for the extra drive. The truck had an 1/8 of a tank of gas in it. I had not driven 6 or 7 miles, hadn't even made it home, and the low fuel light came on! These trucks should be rented with a full tank of gas always and be told to return it full. It is impossible to return the truck with an 1/8 so your company received more gas that I paid for than what I was given. If you are going to reroute customers to other locations, then just have one general website and let us tell you which store is closest in the hope we can use that one. The night before I rented, I went back to the local stores website and the same truck I wanted was available, even though it wasn't. Poor customer service!

the facility was wonderful and my truck was nice.... The booking process was HORRIBLE, my rental was double booked and canceled twice leading up to my pick up. I wound up having to go FAR out of my way and get a second day because of the overbooking issue.

I returned the truck 2 days early and it was parked on an incline during inspection. When I filled it up to the return mark it was over what it was at pick up. Due to parking on the incline it showed under so I got charged.

Rear tire blew out on expressway and tire next to it was replaced as well. Should never been allowed to take that vehicle with those tires. Was told regional manager would be in touch and have not heard anything, been 2 days
