Everyone from the customer service on the phone to the service at the counter was exemplary. I cannot recall the name of either agent but they both deserve accolades for a job done beyond well. They both took a difficult move and made it easier through their diligence and friendliness. 11/10. Would recommend any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

Both tires on the dolly were bad which caused us to sit on the side of the interstate for two hours during our six 1/2 hour drive, waiting for a service truck as one of the tires blew out.
