I ordered a dolly and was charged for it only to find out that location doesn’t carry them. There were no keys in the lock box and was an hour late getting my van.

This was a horrible experience from the start. I was scheduled to pickup the truck at 730am, and when I arrived, there was another truck and a trailer blocking my truck in the parking lot. After 30 minutes of trying to move the trailer, there was another gentleman passing by that was able to help me move the trailer in order to drive the truck out of the parking lot. I was an hour late and my moving company was forced to change their plans and had to come at a much later time. When I returned the truck at 345pm, there was no one from Uhaul at the location (although the hours of operation said they were open) and I had to do the online return process without the ability to speak to someone about the terrible situation they put me in. The truck was 1/4 full with gas and even when I refilled the tank to the same level that it was at when I returned it, I was still charged for gas and I was unable to talk to someone in person about it when returned. Overall a terrible experience and I expect some type of remediation and explanation or I will never be using Uhaul 's services again.

Patricia YMy receipt always indicates an 8:30am pick up. No one arrives to this location until 8:45 - 9am. They should tell you this. Truck definitely should get maintenanced.
