Ionut DThe reception for internet access on my cellphone in that location area was almost nonfunctional. It took me 1:30 hours to complete the pick up only to find out that the fuel level was not recorded for my account, and the dolly that I was asked about on the phone with UHAUL numerous times, was not in the truck for me. This pick up was my worst experience ever, and the operator on the phone never stopped trying the work things out on my phone, and start trying other solutions, since the problem with the internet on my two TMobile iPhones, for probably more than 80 minutes. Didn't expect UHAUL not having provided its operators with other solutions such as using the persons information and asking to simply email them photos of the license and the headshot, so the customer would have a sense that his or her time and situation is important for UHAUL. If a place is selected for self-pickup, it should be in an area with good phone data reception.

Michael RAdd checking for spare tire to list of items that need be checked by customer and U-haul employee before driving off. I was charged for a missing spare tire that the uhaul employee said was there before I picked up. I have no clue weather it’s was there or not. Cuase I was not asked to check.

Bernadette PThe location was closed when I arrived at 5:30 PM. I didn't realize it was going to be closed. I called customer support. They recommended I download the app to drop off with. I spent over half an hour struggling to create an account. Finally gave up and called again. I offered to drop off at another location. Rep assured me I could drop key and there would be no fee if I left it where I was. I did so and still got charged another day fee. And to my surprise, I was charged a 40$ fuel charge even though I put more gas into it than I picked it up with. Customer phone support was friendly and helped me refund the extra day and fuel charge when I called today. I am waiting for the refund to go through.

PIERRE HThe location pickup was great! My complaint is with the pricing structure that is in place with UHAUL. Terrible. I will never use U-Haul services ever again.
RAFAEL AWas easy to book the appointment online. When I arrived the staff was very helpful and attentive. The truck performed well and was the perfect size for our furniture move. Would definitely use this facility again if the need arises.

Jose RThe mobile check-in and drop-off experience was very disappointing. Both times, the service failed to recognize my phone's GPS (despite being on, and even restarting the phone to see if that cleared the cache and cleared up the issue) and failed to allow me to proceed with the acquisition and drop-off procedure. It was only because there was an attendant available to help me that I was able to get the truck I had rented. Even then, she had several issues with UHaul's service, and the whole process took about thirty minutes to complete.

Liliana MOur experience with pickup and delivery was great Very friendly and efficient. We tried three times to do the on line preparation before pickup but the system kept erasing the information. That part was a little frustrating.

ANDREA GGot charged &8 for gas when I clearly returned the truck at the same level I got it (just below half a tank)
mitchell gI dropped off the truck at the drop-off location however it was closed and putting the keys in the Box it said to stop and call a number and it supposed to have prompts no one ever answered the phone the prompts never helped me I was there for 30 minutes trying to drop the keys in the Box I call back the next day the lady had customers so I never got help I don't like that method.
