Samuel TI dropped the uhaul off on the correct date and time when it was due, but the person didn't check it in until the next day. Now uhaul is charging me for an extra day of use that never happened. I more than likely will never use uhaul again.

allen jEarl is always friendly and been in business for years. His location is at his old car wash place in Ferriday and everyone knows Earl. Always has clean rentals and reviews everything over with you before you go.
kristy mPlace appeared to be abandoned, no one that or around tried calling the phone number and ring doorbell to no avail. Never received a call back or any communication from this drop off sight.
Bufford BThe location was filthy and crawling with roaches. The man working there was unable physically to hook up my vehicle to the carrier and we had to do it ourselves. This whole experience has been horrible for me. I pray that I won’t have to move again.

charle wMan was extremely helpful. Only issue we had was due to Uhaul themselves, not the location. They did not give us the truck we asked for 2 weeks prior. They did not have our equipment which made us have to go buy the dolly. They charged me for going "over the miles" when they knew we would have to go to the house and then backtrack because this location was the closest. I normally never have an issue with Uhaul, but this time was nothing but a headache. We will be using another service with any future moves.

Robert HMake sure to have your vehicle info correct in your system..Vehicle was saying rented out and it was on the site..Upon fixing the head office entered the wrong mileage which caused me extended time upon returning the truck..
DEBORAH JI've never had to go through so much with one company. And while this location got the job done and was very nice, if there was any other company, other than UHaul, I could rent through I would. I had a truck booked for a week and it was cancelled the day before I needed it from another location with no clear answer as to what happened other than "There's no trucks available". The customer service rep didn't even get me another one. She said she would call me back twice with another one and 45 minutes later I got an email saying my order had been cancelled. I had family driving 5 hours to help move my widowed mother with no truck available. I got back online and booked another one through this location and when we got there to pick it up, the renter before us hadn't left the keys. I understand that's no one's fault but the previous renter's but there has to be a better system available from UHaul. It all worked out after an hour of waiting and another truck being cancelled last minute for us to get... but it shouldn't come to that.

HUGH TTried to call the number to the car wash where I picked up the car dolly no answer, so then I called main uhaul number 1800uhaul and I was on the phone with them for 40 minutes before I could pickup frustrating
