Was a great experience, no changes needed
Susan LCustomer service via phone is horrible..was told I could drop off a trailer at a set location and was informed by Customer service support that I couldn't drop off at the location I chose. Ended up driving 45 mins to drop off at pick up location because they told me if I didn't I would be charged the amount I already paid to rent again plus a daily charge until the trailer was picked up and brought back to pick up location. Spoke with a supervisor because I was mad I had to spend more gas and time to drop off. They ended up sending me my contract stating it said local use. When I read it it clearly stated out of town at the top of my contract. I took a loss because I was clearly getting nowhere with them after trying to drop off for 2 hours. I was tired,done,and upset and didn't want to spend anymore energy,time,or money dealing with them.
carlos dThis facility is new to handling Uhaul Rentals. There was a bit of a struggle navigating through the software to finalize the reservation and their support person was not answering their phone. I was able to assist them myself navigating through the software but they should have been better supported by Uhaul on their go-live weekend.
