Mary aThe mobile app failed to successfully complete the "pick up truck" check in procedure after I had gone through all the steps, taken all the photos, etc. Had to go inside and speak with the associate working. Thankfully I was picking up the vehicle before the office closed for the day.
Justin HI am a 65 year old woman and they expected me to crawl under the car hauler and unchain my vehicle. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will NEVER use uhaul again
VAGOLA RThe only interaction I had with staff was when they called me to tell me I took their lock for their lock box. I called a few times and they never answered their phone. I checked in online, which was awful as they wouldn't accept the type of credit card I had. There was no one to speak with about it. I understand that for that day, I chose that option so I didn't really blame them. However, on the day of return, there was no one around and I needed some help. (Plus I wanted to return their lock) I called the 800 number and even when they transferred me they line just disconnected. No one ever reached out. Very disappointing.

JEAN BAt time of pickup the truck was dirty inside and outside, the uhaul agent told me ( oh I guess the inside could have been little cleaner but the outside is normal) this is totally not acceptable. At the return the website said the hours are from 7am to 7pm, got there at 8:15am, the sign at the door said open at 9am. I called the 800 number and was told they open at 10am. This needs to be rectified to help customers. My credit card was charged for overage on mileage but never received a receipt for the charge.

Donald WI am not sure that I was billed correctly. I cant find a good clear itemized receipt for what I was charged. I initially had a handtruck and moving blankets. I ultimately did not use or take them. I do not know for sure that I was credited back for these items. Calling Uhauls takes way to loo long. I will be on hold for too long.
