Well you could get the lady that did my renovation to actually listen to the customer on what they want and put the correct information in the computer for the right drop of place because apparently she doesn't know how to do any of that. I have never had a problem with renovating anything from U-Haul in all the years that I have used y'all till I had that lady. Now because of her I'm having to go out of my way to try and fix her fuck up and get my 121.00 that belongs to me from her transition because they had to re do my renovation to fix what she fucked up and y'all charged me for 2 different rentals and this is all BS. I shouldn't have to do all this. It is y'all fuck up and y'all should have to resolve this problem.

Douglas TarrantThe UHaul computer system in the store seems to be complicated or slow. We have rented 3 times from there and the employees have had difficulty opening and maneuvering around the system. I believe it is a UHaul problem and not a store problem, because it has been a different employee each time that has had trouble.

Keith BolinWe were supposed to have a 26 foot truck and pick it up in Addison Texas. We received a phone call 30 minutes before the pick up time to let us know the only truck available was in Sulphur Springs, 82 miles away. It created a three hour round-trip to pick the truck up on our moving day. It was extremely frustrating and inconvenient.

RAYMOND KNOTEKI rented a tow dolly yesterday (7/2/22) from Fix & Feed Sulphur Springs Hardware at 5:50pm. I drove the tow dolly 70 miles to Princeton tx to pickup a Mazda3 and tow it back to Sulphur Springs. Upon getting the Mazda onto the dolly, I discovered one of the tire straps used to secure the towed vehicle to the dolly had been cut short preventing me from properly securing the vehicle to the dolly. Also with the car loaded on the dolly, the driver side dolly tire was extremely low. 7:34pm (7/2) I placed a call to U-Haul roadside assistance and requested a call back with a estimated wait time of 17+ minutes. 7:58 (7/2) I received my call back from U-Haul; I explained my situation and was told to expect a call back in 30 min with a ETA of roadside service 8:32pm(7/2) I received a text message from U-Haul with a ETA of 120 minutes for roadside service 9:53pm(7/2) roadside service arrives to replace cut strap and replace driver side dolly tire 11:32pm(7/2) I stop at Walmart in Sulphur Springs to get gas and discover that the driver side brake light on the tow dolly has a intermittent short. 12:15(7/3) I arrive at my destination in Winnsboro. Other than the 3 hours of my time wasted on the side of the road, the level of complete incompetence displayed by Fix & Feed's lack of inspection upon the dollys return by the last customer is beyond ridiculous. If I would have returned the dolly in this condition I would have been HELD RESPONSIBLE for the damage.
