Tery AOur U-Haul rental facility has vans and trucks available however your website only shows trailers. Had we known when we placed the online order we would have reserved a truck. The owner of the facility said he has asked several times for this to be corrected and he is not getting the support he needs. I am a small business owner too and I rent trucks and vans a lot. This is now my go to place. Make his life easier and more profitable by helping him with the web issue.

willy cA U-Haul rep found us a15' truck but failed to tell me that this was an on-line pick up and was shocked when I heard of the news. I am not good with Apps and became unhappy with U-Haul. The 800 service found me another truck elsewhere that saved U-Haul from giving them a most horrible review.

alec wYour online site is trash. I wasn't given the option to return the truck to the place where I picked it up. Directions and information on the process were vague. I absolutely hated it. The awesome gentleman at under the hood garage fixed everything for us. You really need to change your website.
