Michael HI feel that it is very expensive. They charged me too much for mileage both times I rented, also didn't have the size of truck I reserved so I had to get a more expensive size. Not happy!

Frederik EI went online Friday morning and reserved a van for Friday afternoon. When I arrived at your facility I was told there was no van available for me. Unbelievable! I was told that due to this inconvenience I would receive a $50 credit due to your company's guarantee reservation policy. I have yet to be credited this amount on my credit card. This is the 2nd time that this has occurred and I'm not very happy. I have given you much business over the last few months. What is sovdifficult to Jake sure that your vehicles are not double booked. Its not that difficult. I can only assume that you haventbgiguredbthis problem out since this has happened to me twice. Please immediately see that my credit card is creditedbthev$50 for your failure tovreserveband have the van avail for mebwhen I arrived at your facility making me have to go to another one of your stores when I had to wait quit awhile duevto thebrenter before me not cleaning the van our and for leaving the gas tank on empty. When I retunedvthe van the gas registered abovev1/4 of a tank, the van was clean and it was only allowed to use the van 17.5 hours not even a fullv24 hours as again the van was rented out to aomeone else making me having to return it by 9 am. Ruby DYou guys should not make people pay for gas and when the customer returns it with twice the amount of fuel in it and gets told that they don't get reimbursed for what they paid for the extra fuel? That is WRONG I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL EVER AGAIN

MICHAEL MI have no complaints about this location, or its staff, or equipment. The original location where I made and confirmed my reservation had to send me elsewhere, and that cost me an extra $20 or so, simply due to an increase in distance from my area of town. I’m pretty frustrated with that.
Alisha RI just want to say that Riley & the rest of the staff at this location at Sandy & 122nd are very professional & kind. I’ve never met such kind costumer service employees. They are wonderful and Riley demonstrates good knowledge of his job. I will go out of my way next time I need U-Haul, to go to this location. Happy Customer

michael kI had a great experience. Ordered online with no problems. Picked up and dropped off with no problems. And the the staff were friendly and prompt.
Alan TI never received a closing receipt. I drove less miles than I originally projected when I signed the contract. I was told this would reduce my bill. I never saw a closing bill and I was told it would come by email. It didn't. I'm thinking you guys kept the extra money. I'll probably rent from another place next time. Just to be clear, the staff was courteous, informative, and the truck was in excellent shape. Just not cool when it comes to dealing with the money part.

DONNA KAlan did a great job and was personable. The truck was already missing the passenger side mirror and had mud inside, the windshield wipers didn't clear water, and the cargo area clearly was upswept.

JEAN PIts like the old Seinfeld skit, you're good at taking the Reservation, just Not Holding the reservation. I reserved a 20' truck, but got a call the night before that none were available. They gave me a 26' instead. Rig was clean and worked fine. No problems for a short in town move. Smooth pick up and drop off.
