I need to be refunded on my equipment. I never received my equipment and I was still charged for it. Review can change after that. I have talked to many reps that did nothing about it.

JOSEPH SCHWARTZI rented a car dolly, for $40.00 your computer systems were down and could not get it the first 2 times I went to rent it. Also the amount of paper work involved is just rediculous I mean it took over half a hour for me to get thru it. In this modern age you need to revamp this ordeal to make it faster easier, and simpler.

She could not grasp the concept of what we were trying to do, only told us how it could not be done. Eventually, someone who knew what to do was able to help us which would have been easy if she would have just listened to us in the first place.

MARK ACKERMANNI rented the large cargo trailer and had a hard time removing it from my hitch, due to the weight and no jack on the tong. I would suggest that you install trailer jacks to the cargo units.
Johnny JohnsonThe truck wasn't well maintained mechanically because the transmission downshifted pretty hard when slowing down. There was so weird noise coming from the engine compartment when starting it up to return. It's not a pleasant experience to be driving a moving truck that has issues that could get worse or leave a customer stranded in who knows where. Then again, it was my first time driving a u hual truck that big so maybe that stuff is normal, but don't seem like it because I know for a fact the stuff loaded in the truck wasn't jerking as rough as that transmission. I had everything secure and drove like a granny on the way to church.
Mallory MadriagaWorst place ever!!! Charged me $350 cash and then turned around and took $1305.93 off my bank card!!! Never again,, I do not recommend going to Freedom Tire in Lebanon Kentucky for nothing!! They took my hard working money away from my kids to make their selves happy!!!

DOUGLAS REEDERSome rental drop-off locations are closer to my home than this drop-off location which was 16 miles away from where I lived. I kept trying to revise/change the drop-off location on U-Haul's website for the 5x8 trailer I rented, but the site would not let me do so. It would be nice to drop off the trailer at a place closer to one's home.
Terry WilderThe U-Haul app did not operate properly. During check in it malfunctioned and during drop off was even worse. I went through the whole return process on the app the right way at least 5 times only to continue to close and start over from scratch each time taking pictures repeatedly. I even switch phone to use the app, same results. While calling customer service and being on hold for a long period of time I decided to try it on the phone web browser and it worked perfectly first time. That's whole incident caused me 20 to 30 minutes of travel time going back to my hometown an hour and 30 minutes in the dark on small town roads.
Anthony WheatUHaul 24/7 hotline was terrible. I was unable to complete the online survey since it couldn't find my drop off location. I dropped off my rental truck after hours and was on hold 2 separate time for 45 minutes each without speaking to a representative. Thankfully, the owner at Freedom Tire took care of the situation the next morning.

MICHAEL JOHNSONMy interactions with UHaul corporate folks on this rental were terrible. The only reason I didn't cut and run was that the local folks interceded and tried to undo the unhelpful and counterproductive role that corporate played.

Herbert AtwoodFortunately someone answered the phone when I called, but there seemed to be some type of miscommunication between the location and U-Haul because the person over the phone Gave me different instructions than what I was originally told and seemed annoyed when I followed the original instructions.
