Shane LThe guy was personable and helpful. Hooked me up and everything was very efficient. When I said I might need an extra day, he charged me for two extra days saying if I returned it early I would be prorated a refund. I returned it (not requiring any extra days). No refund was given. The guy at the return place didn’t know about the arrangement. No internal U-Haul communication?? Anyway an extra $40 plus fees that I shouldn’t have been charged.

Bubba BI use U-Haul all the time. Y'all don't always get it right but you always make it right and we're human. Mistakes happen. This go around was flawless. Customer service was fantastic, trailer road real smooth. Drop off site was ready for me. All around 5 star service.
James TI had to drive 35 miles to this location to drop off. I somehow was over my mileage so by this location being so far away from my move in spot it cost me an additional $35 in mileage and more in gas. This wasn't Canyon Lake storage fault but he wasn't very sympathetic to my concern.
JOSEPH CI rented a motorcycle trailer so I could take my motorcycle for service. Very easy process and inexpensive, thanks for the great service.

Rickey GMy experience was good until I was billed. I rented a motorcycle trailer for 3 days and elected the standard safe tow insurance ($24.00). I picked up trailer on Thursday at 4:00 & returned it @ 3:35 on Sunday. Gate was closed and sigb said to park returned trailer along outside fence which I did. I took a photo to prove time of return & in case of theft. @ 7:45 Sunday evening I was notified of an additional charge to my credit card. Wtf! I called uhaul to find out why and was told I was charged for an additional day as trailer was checked in at 7:44! I am beyond pissed! I’ve used Uhaul many times in the past and have never had such a screwed up billing experience! Looking at the receipt I find that the safe tow insurance was changed from the $24 to $32! I feel like I’ve been scammed! I hope that I never have to use Uhaul again as I will certainly look for an alternative!
Randall HDon’t tell customers you can drop off unit at any licensed u haul location . This is totally not true , also take down signs and internet u haul businesses that are out of business , driving 50 miles extra to drop off trailer is not what was agreed upon at time of rental!
