I paid for a Dolly and Furniture covers which I never got, I got the U-Haul with a padlock on it and no one knew the code for it and I was there at 11 and had to wait 30 mins to get the Key for the U-Haul. It was the most frustrating move ever. And I tried to get a refund for the Dolly and Furniture covers but I couldn’t get any help. The Truck overall drove well and was functioning but man I had to figure out how to get the lock open which costed me even more time.
