Learn to have someone answer the phone if your advertising 24 7 customer service, not only could we not figure out were to drop it off at 12am but when we did we found out the reason we had so many issues with the uhaul was due to it had its cadallac converter cut off and was stolen. Uhaul is a joke! Oh and lets not forget the $500charged for using when it was nothing but a headache.
BRITTANY FA Better Storage was great. However, the U-Haul App, Process, and Communication of my scheduled truck pickup and drop-off was the worst, I setup a day and time and even checked in under one address and time. In between scheduling and picking up, U-Haul changed my place and time of pickup. I was NOT happy whatsoever! I would NOT recommend U-Haul services because your plans may not happen how you plan it based on their communication issues!!
