I selected the services I wanted online when I reserved my rental, but when I got into the store the clerk added an item I did not want. She initially refused to refund my money and as a result I had to call customer service to get my complaint resolved. When I inquired about my last rental (which was one week exactly from this rental) the same clerk had added the same thing to my last contract. They never did a walk around inspection of the truck either time. I did one myself anyway and took pictures so that there would be a time stamp for evidence. The gas level recorded on my contract was inaccurate and i brought it to the clerks attention. When I returned the truck the male clerk (husband of the female clerk) he didn’t greet me and demanded I show him a picture of my contract and a picture of the before level of gas and the current one. The contract in his hand had a different gas level reading again and the time was 5 minutes after my contract sent in my email!!!!!! He said the lady at customer service I talked to must have changed it for me??!! Are you serious?! Please do better and stop doing illegal transactions.

I returned a day early and the next day got charged a late return fee because they forgot to enter in the return on the correct day. This is the second time I have dealt with this location and each time it is a problem. These people do not know what they are doing. Avoid this location.

Linda BI was charged a fuel charge when I returned the vehicle on a full tank. My credit card was charged 4 different times all being different amounts of what I was supposedly being charged. I was in between an hour and a half to two hours late, after trying to call and no answer, was charged for another day. I would not use authorized uhaul dealers ever again, especially this one. I will be going directly through uhaul store. I just hate the fact of trying to take advantage of me especially when i showed him pic with odometer and gas gauge readings and they still charge me a fee. I will be calling uhaul to file a complaint.
Lorrita HGot into a literal shouting match with u-Haul rep who refused to unhook the trailer for me and forced me to try to park it in a cramped too small space bc she was unwilling to move the trailer herself (5x8 open) even though it was easily moved by hand, which I ended up doing as well
HARRY MI got charged for a fuel fee. I left with a quarter tank of gas and I returned it back with a quarter tank of gas and I showed paperwork on how much fuel was documented and he still charged me.

Joseph RVendor had to call someone for both pick up and drop off as she was not trained on the process Vendor did not know how to hook up the trailer or shed the 3rd hydraulic brake chain was supposed to hook too Vendor unwilling to assist hooking up trailer and asked a man pumping gas to come help in her place Vendor told me I could not rent trailer without insurance which I later found to be false Trailer had ant infestation inside at pick up that I had to clean prior to use Trailer had lights that did not work on the passenger side Over all a very poor experience from this vendor and equipment shape.
