Great customer service and great to do business with. Not the owner or dealers' fault but the trailer had a bad tire and caused much delay and inconvenience. U-Haul needs to take better care of their equipment.

The truck had not been swept and was dirty. The truck needed the tires rebalanced. If the truck is returned dirty and you charge extra, somebody still needs to clean the truck.
