While making the reservation it was moved further away from me twice. I spoke with Robert (calabash /sunset beach NC area)who was a pleasure to deal with. Had pick up moved closer for me. Saved me a lot of time and money. Easy pick up drop off

Stop adding insurance to my order when I declined this is the second time this has happened.

Stop charging for things we did not ask for like Insurance coverage, and gas surcharge when the vehicle was brought back with more than it left with...I have a pictures showing gas levels.

I had a lot of trouble with the website checkout when I went to pickup the van. If it had not been for the employee at the pickup site. I would have had to go else where to rent a van. She did a manager over ride to allow me to get the van. I won't be using this system again. I will only go where there is a facility that actually has a person checking me out and in in the future..

Amanda was just great! She was friendly, helpful and courteous. Office was clean, organized and we will definitely recommend this U-Haul location.

If you are planning to pickup your truck after hours then plan on a very frustrating experience. I had to call customer service and after a 30 minute wait it took me 20 minutes to actually get to the point where I was able to open the lock to get the key. The lock was extremely difficult to open which the Uhaul customer service person acknowledged they have had problems with. The customer service person was great it just took multiple times to go through the online process having to refresh multiple times. My view is that they need someone from operations to figure out an improved process.

The truck was not ready and no key code.. the agent never completed the reservation. We went to 3 locations and spoke with 5 people on phone line to pick up the truck. The truck had check engine lite. I was charged over $400 dollars today on my cc. after a month. Extra days and extra insurance and a ckeanig fee. The truck was serotonin clean in drop off. Truck was rented 12/29. am disputing charges with my cc company. This was the worst experience ever. I am making a formal complaint.

The two ladies we dealt with were so knowledgeable and professional and went the extra mile to help us with our rental and worked to understand our particular problems and logistics. The facility is right off Hwy 17 near the North and South Carolina line, but not visible from the Hwy. But this is the place you will want to use for your move.
