Perfect experience, no complaints at all
The truck didn't even start they had to jump it with three different trucks and I asked for another truck or can they kept saying this truck is good and when they finally agreed to give me the cargo van the truck started up and ran until the next day when I went to the place where I moved I unloaded everything and went to start the truck up and it wouldn't start I had to jump with two different vehicles to get it to move and I was late dropping it back off so they tried to charge me for two days refused to refund it Til I called the corporate office and then they agreed to only charge me one day. I will never recommend that location to anyone in need of uhaul ever
The truck needed a jump start twice. First time picking it up and after loading. All done in the rain. They tried to make me pay for more gas then what was in the tank initially. These guys are not professional at all. Not happy with my experience.
Items left in truck, contacted location and they found said items and I went to pick up items and they "lost them". truck was filthy at pick up and my moving items ie boxes, bed wrap, tape were paid for in advance but not available at said location. I have never had such a bad experience with u haul,this is very upsetting.
Clean the cigarette butts and ashes out of the ashtray. I don't smoke and will not pay the cleaning cost for a smoker. Also, direct me to the closest location. I drove past a U-Haul at 64th and Evergreen Way in Everett to get to the one at 96th and Evergreen Way! I actually stopped at the one at 64th and they did have the size truck I wanted. Finally, learn the area! I was told the one at 96th was only a mile and a half from the U-Haul I actually wanted in the first place. Sure, a mile and a half as the crow flies. There is a major freeway between them though with limited overpasses. It was much farther than a mile and a half. Get it together, U-Haul!
I called location and customer service for refund on mileage added to trip to remove lock from back gate. I was told by facility to use a tool or rock to break it on site! I would appreciate contact to solve this issue. Darla.email@example.com
This was a great spot - very friendly staff at the convenience store.
Charged me a higher price for 3 medium boxes that I found at another location for a lower price. Poor service. Store is not nice. Would not recommend.
When I initially booked this truck online I was quoted $92.00 plus the add'l insurance for Safemove for $14.00 if I returned the truck to the same location within 2 days. However, when I got there they first quoted me $358.00 if I returned the truck to Shoreline and then $258.00 if I returned the truck to Bothell. I was there for nearly 30 minutes until we finally agreed to the quote price, but I had to return the truck the next day. I brought back 5 unused medium boxes which they did not refund me money for, but simply offset the $4.00 they felt I owed them for gas. I was also asked how far I was driving and I advised the sales person that it was 75 miles in one direction or 150 miles round trip plus I would still need to drive to two locations to pickup furniture. I was only authorized 146 miles, so I ended up going over by 23 miles, which I was not happy about. I had to end up paying an add'l $10.08 for the extra mileage. Although the truck worked out ok, I personally would probably not go back to this location, as they appeared a little bit unprofessional to me.
The van was very dirty inside, it would have been nice if it had been cleaner
Great service, they were quick and friendly. They even came out to help me pump my gas when I returned the truck.
I had difficulty understanding the attendant due to his accent.
long wait, only one person was there running both the gas station and the uhaul. In this case it lead to a bad customer experience since the gas station was particularly busy at my pick-up time.
This location is awful and bad customer service
Location was not very convenient, hard to get in and out with a truck and car trailer.
This location was open at 7am on saturday, others were not. I drove 20 miles from my area to rent a truck. There are closer retailers but they do not open as early. Please have all retailers open at 7 am on saturdays. At $0.98/mile I blew $40 on milage just to get the truck to where I needed it and returning it. Not Good.
When I left the store and was about a 1/2 mile away a low tire pressure light went on. I decided to drive further thinking it would go off once the air warmed up in the tire. It didn't so I stopped at another U-HAUL, only 2 miles away, and they had to put 40 psi of air into one of the tires. I would have much rather have gone to the second store on Evergreen way for my rental but they were out of the vehicle type I wanted at the time.
When picking up the truck we did not do a inspection of the truck, also when I opened the back it was full of blankets and dirty. they removed the blankets but I had to sweep out the truck myself.
Even though I had a confirmation email, my reservation couldn't be find. The rep behind the desk was rude and blamed me for the problem. After an hour and a half I finally got a truck for more then I was originally quoted. Will not be going back.
The clerk was pleasant and helpful, but the store was filled with drug paraphernalia.
The main uhaul location gave us misinfo on working hours of the location. We got there 30 mins past when they closed on the day we were supposed to pick up, since they said they closed an hour later than they did. We went back the next morning, and our order had been CANCELLED! It took another hour on the phone and a 30 min drive to another location, but when we got the contract printed, even tho they told us the truck and trailer were ready, the trailer was not updated to the system, and they didn't have it ready. It took almost 2 hours from arrival time to get the paperwork fixed and be on our way. It was horrible!!! Not happy. Really should have people who speak English at the stores, too.
Make sure the Everett customer service representative over the phone gives the customer the right pick up location.
