The address listed for the return was incorrect. I tried to call but had to deal with recordings instead of a real person. I finally found the place on my own. The man said that he has asked uhaul to change the location address 3 times.

I chose to pick up the truck using the mobile app. The first problem I had was that the app told me to locate a black box on the truck which contained the key, however the box was nowhere on the truck. Customer service also was not much help and did not know where it might be. About 30 minutes later after walking around the property I finally found the box mounted on the building although the app did not mention this could be a location. The next problem I had was that I had ordered a handtruck and blankets along with the truck however they were not in the truck and the business was closed so no way to get them. The truck was clean though so no fault there. Overall would not recommend

The U-Haul is way over priced (false advertising) and they charged me for gas when I left it exactly how I got it the first day! I won’t be using U-Haul again.

Update app info about no moving equipment on hand or have regional rep supply dealer with equipment. Make app easier to navigate for license / additional driver info input to populate automatically at time of reservation. None of it is a reflection on the dealer, but rather on U-Haul.

The larger box trailers needs a Jack on front

I don't think you need any improvement the gentleman was very nice and explained everything well and the trailer was clean
