Kim MMy experience with U-HAUL services: Excellent company and favorable conditions for renting trucks. However, the app is just terrible and doesn't work properly. When adding a photo, there is endless loading, and the same issue occurs when trying to return the truck—endless freezes of the app. My suggestion is to improve the functionality of the mobile app; it's nearly impossible to use. The prices for services and truck rental are excellent.
