I did the online check-in like it suggested.. This was suppose to save time when picking up truck. Apparently their system was down had to redo the entire rental agreement. Did the inspection of the rental on the online app. The mileage was incorrect there was no one to check to make sure my brake lights & blinker’s work. They said my credit card would not be charged. It would only be charged if the vehicle was returned damaged. This was incorrect they charged my card the full amount of the rental. They charged me a $75 fee that I did not add. I would never use this location again. U-haul did adjust the charges.
