Cargo area of truck dirty - Drivers side of cab covered in coffee or soft drink - steering is sloppy. Original location had to send to new location to rent truck even though i had a reservation.

ROMONTA TRented from this location again and service continues to be great.
CECILLE HI told this location I only needed a truck for 1 day. They told me to keep it for 2 days just in case I needed more time and that if I returned within 24 hours I would only be charged for 1 day. When I returned the truck to the drop off location they told me that was wrong and that I will be charged for 2 days.

Paige TNo improvements needed. Excellent customer service. I will say, don’t waste time with the online check in. Probably faster to just check in with an onsite employee. Which is an issue with U-Haul and not this location.

Troy ATransmission was going out on the truck. I was worried I would make it back to the Uhaul location. Also a side mirror was so cracked it was nearly unusable.

Paul SEach time I reserve additional equipment, like furniture dolly or utility dolly, they are not with the truck. This has happened at two locations. If these items aren’t available then don’t offer them.

Edward DFastest service getting in and out of a U-Haul location. I was even asked to get done service work done on my car while I used them U-Haul truck. Win win
Mitchell IThe 1-800-UHAUL reservation system and online reservation system was a complete “bait and switch” scheme. I can completely understand the logistical demands and cost differences between a one-way rental and a round trip rental from your company’s perspective. But don’t schedule your customer (on the phone) for a one-way rental ($165 and .89 per mile) and then pretend there was a scheduling error and offer them a local rental from the same location ($30 per day and $1.19 per mile) and think that the customer doesn’t know what you’re doing. The same 15’ truck that should’ve been available for the flat rate one-way deal ($180 total) was offered to me as a solution to YOUR “scheduling issue” for local rate round trip package ($320 total) from the same location. Again I don’t fault your company for trying to maximize profits but you’re hurting yourselves when you insult your customers and think they will keep coming back.

Fletcher AThe truck I was given had a check engine light on. A few times I felt concerned about pushing the truck to much in weather that felt like 100 degrees. The AC didn’t work well and when the move was complete I was so focused on getting this truck back I forgot to gas up. Fortunately I only used 3 gallons worth. Paying 18.00 dollars for gas is my bad for forgetting. This was the only truck in time frame so I prayed and went with it. Other then that the people signing in and out was professional. The place I set the reservation seem to be nice with better looking trucks. I’m not sure why they updated me to a auto repair center to pickup a truck that needed much help. I had a small move. Payed more money to prepare. Overall I’m satisfied I’m done with that move and now on to the next phase.

tom pHave the extras that Customers request and not send people on a wild goose chase because they were told you could take the paperwork and go to another uhaul rental place and get the items needed. Not true. And don’t charge the customer for the extra items that they did not receive even though you were reminded to remove the charges.

Julie Lradio didnt work. tire pressure light was on the whole time. MPG gauge was always in the red, even we doing a constant 45 mph. gauge was broken, im guessing. drove 10 miles and had to put in 3 gallons to get it back at 3/4. but grease monkey team members were nice.
MATTHEW SMy only complaint was that the driver's side windshield was nasty that I couldn't see out of it very good; look like someone took their finger and tried to draw something.

BRIANNACHANESE CI am more dissatisfied with U-Haul instead of where I got the U-Haul. I use to have no problems with U-Haul and now the last few times you all have messed up my order not given me what I needed and I had to eat the cost because you all can’t answer the phone. I’m pretty much done with you all. I hope to never have to use you again because the whole experience was awful and you all don’t care cause it keeps happening.
stephen mThe customer service is excellent!!! Erin (I believe that is her name) was absolutely amazing!!! I had an emergency situation and she went the extra mile to accommodate me. I will be going to this location first for all of my truck rentals. The store manager was superb as well!!! They both are assets to the U-Haul company!!!
