Matt WWe had our pickup location changed last minute to a location 20 miles away. The representative Had no idea of the drop off location for us, and also told us the blankets we ordered were ours to keep. At drop off location we were charged $80 dollars for blankets that were not in truck. Why would the rep at pick up tell us the blankets were ours to keep ? We will never use U haul again. Very disappointing experience 😩

YVETTE SGreat location. My experience with usual this time around makes me start looking into other services. One of your traffic people was rude, I travel 44 miles to get a truck that wasn there. Yes I'll get $50 back but I didn't have it in time to get an uber to go 27 miles out the way to finally get a truck. I lost most of my man power. Blood pressure was high, had a bad headache, my 70 something year old mother was trying to help. It was not a good experience at all.

GEORGE DThe order I made called for 2 sets of blankets and no dolly. I was billed for 1 dolly and 1 set of blankets. I did notice the variance until drop-off. Although the lack of dolly and the extra set of blankets were accepted I think I was over-charged b a few dollars.

This made up for the fact that the U Haul computer system "upgrade" left me without an order in the system, that was still being resolved by U Haul this morning. And U Haul was argumentative and not service oriented when we spoke, Grones = excellent, U Haul = learn to listen to your customer before you speak.
Jack MI pick up the truck at Grones Wrecker Service on May 30th and asked if I could return it at my destination. in Neptune NJ 15 miles away. I was told YES. I used the truck for about four hours at most and returned it. The next day I got a call and told that I had to return it to the original location or I would be charged over $200. if they return it. P.S. I wasted a whole day driving back to Neptune N,J. to transfer the truck back to Grones.. I will use BUGET next time.

CHESTER SHad some difficulties obtaining a vehicle from another U-Haul vendor but they put me in touch with Grones who had the vehicle I was looking for. With that the agent at Grones threw in a package of blankets for free.

Motty ZGrones was amazing, easy in and out, we went to UHaul on Rt 9 first and were told they had no available trucks that Rt 37 did and called to reserve one for us however when we got there they said they didnt, the guy took forever checking and before he was dont my son had already found Grones had one and we went there, from now on thats where we will be going!
