There was a shortage of dollies in the entire area of Kyle, TX so I was left without a dolly for my move. I would ask for more availability of promised equipment for each rental. This was not, as far as I understood, the fault of this specific location, just a shortage area-wide.

Cheryl HI tried to use the U-Haul app on my phone to return the trailer, but the app kept getting stuck in an endless loop trying to find the location where I was returning the trailer. I tried numerous times, including restarting my phone, but kept getting stuck in the same endless loop. I could go outside the app and find the location on my phone,, but the app could never find it. Ultimately, the person working the desk completed the return on my behalf, which was very much appreciated.

William DPickup transaction was completely through the U-Haul app since Toch Equipment was closed. The app was very slow. Asked for photos of my driver's license although they were already on file in my U-Haul account. Upload and confirmations were very slow. I needed a code to unlock the padlock on the rental truck, but the app only gave me a key box number. I finally had to call U-Haul support to get the padlock code. Took almost 30 minutes to accomplish what should have taken 5 minutes. Everything after I was done with the app went smoothly.

Todd ELove, love, love this location!! They are extremely helpful! They give you their very best effort. This is the 2nd time going with this location and I refuse to use a different one. Cheyenne is super sweet! She was making phone calls left and right just to make sure there was a truck for me to use! Thank you so much, Cheyenne!!

RON HI reserved a covered 6 by 12 trailer and I went to pick it up and there was not one there. They haul rep did not care at all kept trying to blame me and said well we left you a voice mail the day before I had to move I never received this voice mail and I asked why did they wait 9 days to call me? I reserved this trailer 2 weeks prior to my move out date. Also he sent us to Hutto uhaul but I called and they had no 6 by 12 trailer. I called the number he gave us and the lady found me one inBuda Texas so 3 hours later I found the correct trailer. Now when I reserved the original trailer on Crystal Falls in Leander Tx there was a discount for this trailer for $99.00 and Buda uhaul charged me 302.00 and would not honor the discount at the Crystal Falls location. Because of this horrible experience I will not use uhaul again.

I live about 10 minutes from the location and he came to open up the store a little after hours so my husband could help load the truck that evening after work since he couldn't help the next morning.

David MThe pickup location had no record of my reservation in the computer. They were able to fix me up with what I needed. I received another reservation confirmation from another location in Kyle a couple of hours after I picked up the trailer in Buda. Your reservation system doesn't work well.

Also felt safe leaving my SUV under the carport on the property. Cannot recommend this location enough for rentals if you are in the area.
TINA HThe Austin people were unprofessional and rude. We were 30 minutes late to pick up the trailer due to the Austin traffic. They did not call me before the rerented the trailer to someone else. I had to go all the way to Buda to rent a trailer. The lady in Buda was very nice. I would give her 5 stars. Austin - 1 star is being generous.

Daniel FThe drop off location was not convenient to our location but uHaul would not allow us to change to a closer drop off location that we had utilized for the same trip on two separate occasions. There was no-one at the drop off location. We COULD NOT get the trailer off of our trailer hitch. We called uHaul multiple times. I held for almost 30 minutes waiting to connect with roadside assistance to no avail. My husband walked down the street to find someone who could possible help us in BUDA, TX!!! Finally a gentleman came to our rescue. WE WILL NEVER RENT FROM UHAUL AGAIN!!!!!
JAN CTrucks right side lights didn’t work, no new trailer available. They send a emergency repair person to my home, he couldn’t fix it, left then told Uhaul he fixed it (lied) the trailer was a mess looked like it came from the scrap yard. Had to drive it 10 hours with no right lights. No compensation was offered by Uhaul.
Deborah DI wish all U-Haul locations were this well managed and maintained, check in and out was quick and effortless, employees were welcoming and cordial, the overall experience was excellent. Will definitely use this location for all my moving needs!
