Other than changing the location for picking up the trailer, and adding an hour (2-way) to my journey, the experience would have been excellent.

Very nice place, and friendly staff
Robert AYour 24/7 app did not function location on my Samsung galaxy s24 ultra and the pickup took more than an hour, requiring the assistance of multiple phone agents. It was incredibly frustrating.
ANTHONY MI originally reserved a rental at a Broomfield location. The reservation was for 8:30 am. The night before my move the Broomfield location updated my pick up time to 10:00 am. No phone call, just a site update. I reached out when I noticed that change and that location said the truck would not be returned until 9:00 and they needed time to get it ready for me. I was in a panic the morning of my move. Luckily Uhaul found another location with the same size truck that was available. It was further away, but I was in a pinch and had no choice. Disappointed with Uhaul for not crediting me back for the mileage difference between the two locations.

DUSTY RMy main complaint is not the location but rather the dispatch. I reserved a truck and car hauler at another location. The location I reserved through had neither. So instead of going out to pick up and go? I wound up having to drive all over the greater northern Denver area for an extra couple of hours. That said the trailer for the car was in good shape and the guy did a good job at explaining to me the various functionality. The truck (WHICH WAS NOT FROM THIS LOCATION) had a has a mechanical issue that manifests as the cruise control turning off and not being able to be reset while also throwing an ABS light as well as the electronic stability control light. When in this condition the truck also does not have hill start assist function. Beyond that the truck also had a reverse gear indicator light out. THE PEOPLE AT THIS LOCATION ARE SO NICE. Super helpful, and I can't state that enough. I leave the "recommend this location to a friend" thing blank because what any sane human would do is recommend to "use the location closest to you".

Richard NI've rented probably 30 U-hauls over the years and this was the best experience. I went right in, place was clean, trailer ready to roll & guy was friendly and got me on my way quickly. I dropped it about an hour early but the same guy was right out there like he was waiting for me. He was quick with the handheld check in and it was over. I'm assuming he must have been the owner as I can attest as a small business owner myself that most employees don't care this much. My only regret was not telling him in person that I appreciated his service. He was too fast for me to process it all really. I was thinking about it later at my desk that I should have said thanks more. Guy, keep it up. People are noticing even if they are too busy to tell you at the time.

U haul chat was unable to resolve it and the phone rep couldn't as well.When the phone rep tried to transfer me the call was dropped. That was when I decided to call the drop off locale and Paul fixed it easily. He was also very thorough about my after hours drop off.
