DAVID JOver booking trucks not being where they were supposed to be or booked 2-3 times for the same day. Thank God for Sandy at the storage rental place. She was wonderful!! Saved me big time!! U-Haul corporate was an epic failure. Hopefully it was a glitch somewhere for a couple of days and I just caught them at a bad time. Not a good experience.
