Même si les lieux de location étaient satisfaisant la distance pour se rendre était quand même assez grande et malheureusement on a pas pu trouver de location d’un auto transport a une distance raisonnable

Adm OJ'avais un problème avec le camion quand j'ai été entrain de station pour vous livré le camion mais les pneux c coincé sur le neige et personne m'a aider ce qu'il fait avec l accélération pour sortir de neige les pneux c glisse j'ai appelé l assurance ils m'a dit que tu doit payer 400dolar...et aujourd'hui j'ai trouvé une autre facture de gasoil 131dolar c trop

Morris GThe tongues of you trailers have no built in jacks so it is impossible to remove the trailer from the vehicle once it is loaded. This is very inconvenient for long hauls where you may need to disconnect your vehicle for parking, shopping, dining out ....

marc fThe unit i reserved 2 weeks prior was not available that morning. The lady called me to inform me of that 20 min after my pick up time as i was pulling into her yard. I called the day before to check and she said she would call me if thete was any problems and she didnt so i was due to pick it up at 10, i was running a little late, and she called at 10:20. I reserved a 26-7 foot and she found me a 15 at another location. So i had to drive to another location for the pick up. Overall i lost an hour of my time which i had to pay two movers to do nothing. I was very annoyed.

IMAD CMy only concern is that it cost me a extra 40 km in travels plus extra gas cost because there was no trucks at the Petit Rocher , NB location. I had to drive to Bathurst to pick up and bring back truck so that was extra cost. That's my only concern.

hector lDealer did not seem very well informed about much other than the check in process and we were not informed that photos had to be uploaded on site prior to departure. Link to upload pre departure damages was no longer viable. Would have been nice to know this had to be done on site.
