Everything was excellent. The employees are very nice, helpful, and thorough. They took care of me very quickly and the truck ran great. This is now my preferred local location. I will definitely recommend to others.

The person at the desk is a very good administrator. She covers all aspects of the process and is also a customer advocate. Otherwise, it would be possible to shop around. I'll keep coming back. Thumbs up!!
Michael FThe self-service rental is horrible. The app wouldn't work. I had to call Uhaul to get anything to work to get my truck. Sat for over an hr trying to pick up the truck. I was literally still there when the store opened. Do not recommend the self service to anyone.

Manila WI took pictures before I left, both front wheel seals are leaking. You do know that’s a red tag from DOT officer if you get pulled over. Also I went 36 miles and put $25 in gas and you still charged me for gas why? I would like a response

WILLIAM LI needed the UHaul to help my best friend move stuff after the recent passing of her father. Unfortunately I didn't have enough money to completely fill the tank back up and had to return it on half a tank. I was grossly overcharged so the truck can be topped off. Your company should never charge a customer more for gas than what it costs at the pumps.
