emery mHad go through with paper work again, license and etc and I had already spent over 30 minutes prior over a week before taking care of the necessary stuff all to have to turn around and do it again and I wS in a hurry. The truck was a 26' and was on empty when I left with it, no A/C and the back of the truck was nasty. I put gas into it myself and the place I dropped it off didn't care that I had had such an experience. However I will never use UHaul again!
