Thomas SUpon arrival the location was out of both dolly’s we had requested, my husband was told they just found out they were out of dollys. They found a dolly at another location 20 miles away, and sent my husband to pick it up, promising we wouldn’t be charged for the additional mileage (as our contract was set for a 25 mile round trip, which was accurate to our in town move) Upon return of the truck and dolly we were charged for the 40 miles we had to travel out of our way to acquire a dolly we needed and requested for our move. We’ve now been given the run around about the charge and getting a refund for the charges were told we wouldn’t face. This is now the second bad experience we’ve had with uhaul. (Our first being in July when we moved from Florida to Missouri and our UHaul flooded damaging furniture and boxes.) We haven’t gotten any positive answers for either experience, and have now been turned off from UHaul completely. We will again try to reach out to your customer service, but it’s important that you be aware that your retailers are making promises they do not intend, or have the authority to keep.

Charles WI originally was not going to use the dolly but the tie for the dolly was broke when we were loading the truck. I think a single tie for the dolly was too easily broken and the dolly should be attached with two or three ties.

Timothy MThis location was so clean and well organized that I asked if it was new. The lady who helped me said it was something like 10 or 15 years old! I didn’t get her name, unfortunately. She was very polite and efficient. I will definitely consider this location for any future hauling needs!

ROCHELLE DIt really isn't in Troy but north of it about 6 miles. They were closed on Sunday when we went to turn it in but they came out and took it anyway and returned it Monday AM.

Randal OThat when you reserve a 26 foot truck 3 weeks in advance that I actually could have gotten it and then when I was offered a 15 foot instead with free miles that when I take the truck back I was fully charged for everything....I will never rent from U-Haul again. Uhaul needs to learn that local trips deserves to be treated well just as much your one ways.

I am always impressed when all the windows of the truck were clean. I dislike renting when the first thing I have to do is clean windows. This is an excellent UHAUL location.

Stacy WHave equipment available that was reserved. Don't take more reservations for equipment than you have available. The online reservation system and confirmation lead us to believe the equipment would be ready and available as ordered. We had to accept a smaller uncovered trailer, that was very problematic. We had a reservation number, but the equipment we reserved was not available.
