Got to office at 10:30 a.m. to p/u keys, etc. Office was closed. Called office and left message. No return call! Had to reschedule truck rental and those helping us!
Reduce prices to a more appropriate level. It shouldn't cost 75.00$ a day to rent a pick-up truck advertised for 19.95$
There was also an error on the vehicles fuel gauge. I drove less than 25 miles but it took 8 gallons to fill it up. The operator of the business didn't seem to care that I got ripped off. Poor move. Will likely do business with budget in the future.
When we arrived for our after hours pick up, we found the radio blasting in the truck which caused the truck to have a dead battery. This should have been obvious to the last person to leave the truck. We called and left messages for the location to discuss our dissatisfaction and have not received any return phone calls.
I was not happy that I had to return this truck to this location instead of dropping it off closer to my house. It was obvious this was to charge more for mileage. I will not be using U-Haul again.
I don't normally do these feedback surveys, however, the lady who checked me out was truly a nice and personable person. She was very professional and explained everything perfectly. Individuals like her make U-Haul appeal even greater. Thanks for A + customer service.
I spent nearly 3 1/2 hrs. the morning I reserved the trailer to locate the size, 5'x8', cargo trailer in the area of Kansas City, Mo. that I was driving to from across the state. I had to tell the representative I was talking to that I had found a storage business on-line that handled U-Haul and was supposed to have that size. That representative wanted to send me downtown after I asked for them to verify that trailer north of the city. I then spent a lot more time trying to find a phone # to visually confirm that this trailer was physically at the place of business as shown. The numbers U-Haul gave me just rang back to u-hauls reservation desk and I had to research on line to find the Business # of people you use to rent your stuff. I called but nobody answered. I left a message to call me back to confirm that they had the size trailer I was wanting to rent but I never got a call back. I was driving across the state of Missouri to pick-up a trailer to move the remains of a deceased relative and then driving back to the St. Louis area and I did not want to chase around Kansas City looking for a trailer on Sat. morning because your records were not right. I do not think the ability to visually confirm the location of a pc. of equipment for someone coming from a distance out of town should have been such a drawn out ordeal. I finally spoke to a reservation Manager and she located the trailer at another location that would work for me and she called them to confirm it was on site. She gave me a good phone number to call them myself and I was able to do that. That was all I was attempting to do from the start. I am very disappointed in the amount of time it took me to get to that point and I will probably search for a different moving solution to U-Haul in the future.
The PIN number for access did not work.
This pick up location was not our desired location. We were switched at the last minute when we arrived at our scheduled location and they had already rented our truck to someone else. This new location was okay, but since it was a last minute order for them to fill there were not enough furniture pads (and they were not folded), we had to retrieve everything ourselves (including the tow dolly), and the lady was working her lunch hour and sick but very cooperative and personable.
Always courteous and helpful. My location of choice for storage and rentals.

There was confusion about charging us for a dolly we did not end up renting. Waiting for a refund.

The reservation was made online. The supplies that were ordered and supposed to be on the truck at pick-up were not on the truck. In fact, they were not even available at this location.

Truck was a little rough (due to age/miles) but it did what I needed it to do.
The only reason I would not recommend is because I didn't get the size of truck I reserved and didn't get a break in price yet had to do two runs increasing my cost. Then I requested at turn-in to have the original size truck reserved for the next Monday....not only didn't I get a call from my written request but I also got an even smaller truck and again caused me to make two more trips. This cost me double in fuel and labor to move. Also I was charged for Ray's moving labor for $200 when reserving the truck online and they canceled on me saying they had no one to do the work. I'm still trying to get a full refund for that labor that canceled on me and left me in a bad position to rely on non-professional help which cost me in damage to my belongings. In addition, I don't understand the point of requesting matress covers and like goods when they are shipped out rather than ready at the store to pick-up with the truck when the order is placed the day prior or day of the move. So I had to double my cost on those items as well. All in all if I had the right size truck for the inventory I documented then it would have cost me approximately $303 than the total cost of $463. And that is with no labor paid to help me move. It should have cost me around $203 with the right size truck and only moving 40 miles. Plus since we had to make two trips both days my labor cost went up about another $200.
Do to issues with timing, unable to make time, had to reschedule.

Update the uhaul locations in Garman and other GPS services. We travelled to three different locations before we found one that was STILL a uhaul
5 stars for the personnel at the office 1 star for the website and mobile help. Get the # of the pickup and drop off locations your using before your trip, talk to them there great.
The truck cab was nasty. There was dirty clothing and used tissues in the cab. And half used water bottles. Witch we cleaned out. The A/C did not work.
The lady who helped us was so nice! She was very helpful and nice! When we need a truck again we will go through the same location and we would recommend it to any of our friends or family.
This is a wonderful place and we will definitely recommend them to others. Thank you!
Her hours are pretty short in the since most people don't get off work until 5. She did call me back and was nice on the phone but she was already closed time I got there so I just dropped it off out front.
The truck was old and the "Check Gauges" light kept coming on. I drove 90 miles and put 28 gallons of gas in the truck. Either it wasn't full when I picked up the truck or it gets 3 mpg. Either way, I got ripped off.
The process of using the online service was very easy to understand and saved time and money by showing what was available and giving a discounted price.
Office property were clean Space had debris from weeds No phone message only -suck policy Woman seemed very organized and was very helpful
Front desk lady very helpful. Unit dirty and icy, spent hours clearing ice so we could unload.
The facility was clean and seemed to be well taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Friendly personnel. Website`s size description misleading. Rented size that holds 1-2 bdrm home for a 2 bdrm apt. Had to rent a bigger unit. Not a huge issue but a bit frustrating. It`s a nice place.

I35 Liberty Safety Storage did not honor this 6.95 deal.When we went in they said we owed 43.00. and said they had no 6.95 special and so we still have no storage unit. Very upset.
Very nice service. We rented a few storage units and a U-Haul truck. No problems at all.
We changed the rental date from the 23rd to the 29th so it has not happened yet.

Although we didn`t utilize the storage unit that we reserved, the reservation process was easy and the communication was great.
