ROBERT JNever came out to inspect truck which probably explains why I haven't gotten back my deposit. Will never use you again to move anything. I'm even going to look for a new storage facility provider... Have a blessed day

robert iThe man at the store was very nice and apologetic but claims Uhaul comes out and does inspections of the vehicles, which when we rented the truck was basically useless. The windshield wipers, radio, air conditioner and exterior lights all did not work. The biggest problem with this was it was raining and I could not see! I stopped at a store and got fuses and replaced several which then made everything work, EXCEPT THE WIPERS! So, I had to sit for an hour while the rain passed which of course resulted in further fees! Absolutely ridiculous to have to pay 150. And then sit and waste my own time because your equipment is not maintained.

edward kThis location does not show up on the U-Haul website. The drop off location was showing me a location nearly 18 miles away from where i finished unloading at my house. Desperate this, I stopped in and asked Roger if. Could drop it off at Inglis Food Matt. He said sure no problem! U-HAUL, PLEASE UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE!

larry KThis place was a party store with only one person there, I'm assuming the owner. I called to let them know that I needed the trailer for an extra day and couldn't get through to anyone because the mail box was full. When I returned the trailer one day and a couple of hours late the person at the store never came out to help get the trailer off my truck or inspect it. Also after paying $560 to rent a 12' X 6' trailer, Uhaul charged me $60 more because I was one day and a couple hours late bringing it back. I think that's petty, I'll never rent another trailer from Uhaul.

Thelma TEquipment was off in the grass and had to drive over a curb to reach it. Had to pull over about 30 minutes into the drive to our destination due to shredded tire. The lights did not work and one of the prongs was broken off in our vehicle. (We did not plug that in, the vendor did). We waited 3 hours for trailer to be fixed, went to our destination and pulled the vehicle onto trailer. Went to hook safety chains onto the vehicle being towed and the back one was not long enough and there was not one in the front. Could not tow vehicle, brought trailer back to original pick up location same day and now being charged for having it extra time. Will never rent again. Have already filled a claim to be reimbursed for this entire rental but have not heard back from anyone as of yet. I rented an unsafe trailer that was useless to me. My daughter rented a car dolly the same day at a different location. One of the tire straps on that unit were torn making it unsafe to use. Another claim and another useless rental. As well as a three hour trip each way and hours waiting for roadside. Clearly uhaul quality has decreased dramatically. Would never recommend.

Joseph MWas not a place to park a 26 foot truck being I am professional truck drive I was able to park it there. A person's with less truck driving skills would of had problems.

Joseph MYou really should provide a jack on the trailer tongues. Your website does not accurately provide the hours of operation at the pickup location i chose.

William STaillight in disrepair, chain had ONE hook, no locking D-ring for connecting the chain to the tow dolly V ring.
deborah rthe gentleman didn't even check the truck when returned we had to feel out the paper work like where the gas was on the meter, where we had it parked he didn't want it there we had to repark the truck, all he wanted was the paperwork from where we rented the truck if we wanted the paper work back told to come back in a couple of hours and he would give it back to us. I don't work for u-haul we payed enough for the truck should not be our job to do his job. we have rented enough from u-haul not the way things are done.
JAMES tNot the most convenient location for me but attendant was very helpful and nice and I have no complaints other than the extra 15 miles I had to drive when local location failed to have correct trailer as was preferred and specified.
JOHN FI went in an told the man I had a drop off n he asked what I had an I said a car hauler, he said great he needed trailers, I say where You want it n he said You can drop it right there, I said I need help, he said well it’s gonna be like 20mins I have vendors here, so I go out unhook n I can’t get it off my truck n I go back in the store n I tell him n he says okay I will go help you, 2 mins of his time to help me....
