I got very good service from Singla Logistics but UHAUL'S SERVICE IS VERY POOR. I made reservation for pick up from Richmond which was cancelled by Uhaul without my consent or direction. On top of that I was not even informed about the cancellation. Luckily i called uhaul 2-3 days earlier and got the shock that my reservation was cancelled. The only option i was given was to pick up the truck from Surrey. It added extra distance to my route which i had to pay to Uhaul. TERRIBLE SERVICE BY UHAUL.
Joy KNo representative at location for pick-up. Had to call U-haul for assistance. Turns out there was a rep inside but couldn't be bothered to come out and provide keys. Wasted an hour +.
George DA $20 “late return” fee was erroneously added to my account. I was told by the U-Haul representative that the fee has been removed, yet the inflated billing still remains on my credit card. Also, I still have no correct final invoice. Everything else was good. I can upgrade your rating once you provide a corrected invoice that matches charges to my card. Thank you.

Todd SThis was a general problem by Uhaul themselves, and not the location. I rented an appliance dolly, however when I got to the site, it was not available, hence I had to spend time looking for the location. This issue has not been resolved yet.
Ayokunle DFirstly, I dropped the truck off at this location before 11 am, but nobody was there, and the business was closed. I put the key in the U-Haul key drop box outside the business and called U-Haul to confirm I had done so. You guys changed the drop-off location the day after I had already used and returned the 10' truck within my 24-hour rental. The truck had been sitting at the original drop-off location for another 24 hours AFTER the drop-off when I start receiving U-Haul texts and emails telling me of a different location to drop it off at. Then the day after THATTTT, the lady from the business I never dropped the truck off at was calling asking where it was. It was at the damn original location. Then I miss a random call from U-HAUL, A WHOLE ASS MONTH AFTER THE FACT. I call back and get transferred to some bum working out of Alberta who could not give 2 shits about my situation. He told me that U-Haul never found the truck I had borrowed and have a demand to come after me for missing equipment. He also cut me off when I was speaking and said, "I don't know or care about what's going on out there (Vancouver) it has nothing to do with me- I'll transfer you to Vancouver." Wild customer service, but I was laughing cause, at this point, I'm baffled. Anyways, he transfers me to another rep, and she figures it out for me. Then I received this email asking how my experience was. BABY, YOU TELL ME. Definitely do not keep using this business to rent your U-Hauls out. And for the love of god keep track of your trucks/do not change drop-off locations or times (especially when a customer has already returned the vehicle 24 hours prior).

Jill SLight was on for air in back tire when truck was picked up. Not happy about invoice. Asked for a detailed invoice and never got one. Thought I reserved truck on line but found out it didn’t go through. Employee at 32nd. Ave. White rock was able to find another truck and made an reservation for me which I cancelled as it was not suitable but employee there found another truck much closer which was great. However, at the beginning I was quoted $19.95 a day with mileage $0.89 and insurance at $15.00. So why was my bill $79.45? Phoned customer service ans still waiting for reply. Employee at 148 St. was great.

SHANE MTruck was originally reserved for 1 PM, but location called and said it would not be available until 4. This was unacceptable as I had movers coming at 2. I called main Uhaul number and somehow got me truck for noon. I went to location at noon, but no one was there, and no one answered the phone. Eventually someone came and gave me the keys.

Gurkirat BHard to get a hold of the representative multiple calls. Uhaul was back into a tree clothes empty bottles and cans also a lock left inside of cab. Also the car trailer we reserved was not available and is a big inconvenience as car still in Maple Ridge and we are across the province. was told one day prior that car trailer was not available and had no time to find a replacement with less then 24 hrs notice. Still waiting for a call back.
Clayton HMake sure the box light is is working as this was partially a night move and using a cellphone light was a huge pain in the ass because the storage unit we were unloading into did hot have an interior light and the security motion sensing lights up in the eaves 20 feet up did not light up the insides of either and kept going out every 5 minutes !!
