The Uhaul customer sector lady for Michigan was so helpful to switch our drop off the guy at interstate. Battery was very friendly and helped us out. Thanks couldn’t have gone smoother.

Linda CI went through three different stores to get my truck. And I had to change through five different trucks to find the correct one. And then kept getting charged for things that shouldn’t have been. It was horrible. I thought U-Haul was supposed to be more professional and easy for the customer. It was not a good experience.

LILLIE HIt may be in the better interest of the company to look into hiring full-time movers for the shop instead of the use of sub-moving companies. I say this because the website does not give details on the mover companies (example where they're located). I had movers from the Uhaul site cancel 2 days in a row leaving me with the rental truck and no help to move. Absolutely ridiculous. Come to find out from the moving company they're located 2 hours north of us. What I'm trying to say, it would benefit this company to look into either full time movers to hire themselves to go with the Uhaul truck or use sub moving companies that are CLOSER to the Coldwater area so they would be less likely to cancel. It would have been nice if the company would have lenient with the gas not being filled back to where it was, because of all the chaos that was caused from their submoving company cancelling. Over all, If you use a Uhaul truck make sure you have your own movers, or just pay a legitimate moving company (I did the math and it comes out the same even with the cheapest movers company through Uhaul).

CHRISTOPHER GThe location was fine, but communication with UHaul staff at the 800 number and the information available on the website was poor. I was given incorrect hours for locations at multiple times.
JAMES TThe gentleman running this location was great to deal with. But picking up the truck with online check in the truck has damages not shown in current pictures and the trucks fuel was 2 miles til empty when I picked it up. I put $100 worth of gas in the truck and only used 60 miles of it. I will not be recommending uhaul to anyone I know.

Chris ONothing. Even though the gas mileage sounded horrible it actually took us from the mich/ind state line all the way to sault ste marie in michigan with 23 miles left before we had to fill up. Gas was higher up there so it took 160.00 to fill it up.

Kellen LOnly issues was that i had to pay $15.99 for an adapter for the trailer lights. As much as i paid for 2 day rental it would be. Ice if that was included or you had the equipment to hook up to a 6-way.
HEATHER JAlthough I had scheduled a 15' truck weeks before, I was contacted by email two days before telling me that the equipment would not be available at a location to me. I was directed to pick up the truck 45 miles from the house. Talking with the regional center, they suggested that another location might work better and I agreed. Then, I get another email telling me that, oops, this new location won't have the truck either. I'm then directed to another dealer in the same town. For all the hassle, I was offered a bit larger truck with a deduction on the mileage, but the drop off location said "They don't make any money on drop offs, so no refund from them". Hopefully, it will show up as a credit on the credit card. Overall, a very frustrating time when I didn't need any more stress added to the moving day. Doesn't U-Haul have a decent asset scheduling system? Looks to me like you need one.

JUANITA MI had to travel to Coldwater MI from Indiana to get the trailer. Disappointed that I have some local dealers who was either closed or did not have it. Return instructions sucked. I could not open the website. Told me it was a bad link. Tried to call uhaul but no answer. Went to uhauls website and tried the chat link. Got general message saying someone would be with me shortly. It took so long the app timed out. The rental agreement states you must complete the return on line or they will charge an additional $20.00 to your bill. I spent over two hours trying to contact uhaul. I never got through and gave up. The next morning I tried to call the dealer and the call went to uhaul, after waiting 20 minutes, I gave up. Despite the return issue, the trailer did good for us.
