I wasn't happy with the change in pickup location the day before.
The van had roaches so many of them around the driver side and passages side and floor base
never seen anything like that before. I been renting from uhaul for 10 years I was very disappoint
This was the third location that I had to go to finally get the van that I had reserved. I was not happy that day. The first location told me to just come right in when I called because they had plenty of vans but then somehow they were all rented when I got there within the hour. I was then told to call U Haul National, which I did and made a reservation for another location. When I got there, the van had not been yet been returned by the previous customer and so they did not have a van for me. They called U Haul National to find a third location where I finally was able to rent a van. This resulted in a lot of wasted time and increased mileage charges from driving from a further location because they were the only ones with a van at the last minute. This reservation system needs improvement.
I have been renting from Uhaul for over 5 years now and i have never been charged $113.00 to rent a vehicle for less than 24 hours. I will never utilize Uhaul services for my business after this experience with Japo Autoparts! I received the vehicle with less than 1/4 of gas in the tank and returned it at 1/4 and i was charged a wopping $57.00. This is the reason why i refrain from utilizing small business.
