The drop off location was not convenient at all in fact it was out of the way we passed a couple other U Haul locations in route to the drop off location assigned(?)

Satellite Station at this location terrible, bar code scan states you at not at right location, Spoke with someone who couldn't help, finally after hour and a half on the phone transfered me to reservation to find me a different truck/location and they were finally about to give us code to get truck.. then at truck check in, same day, in the evening, received thank you for checking truck in, man who runs that location was there, took me 2 days, and 3 different reps to finally get it officially turned in. Received text stating truck had NOT been turned in. Horrible experience. Will NEVER use that location or Satellite locations again. We have always used uhaul many, many times in the past 30 years but after this experience will probably use a different company even if it cost more.. VERY STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE, because no one dose there jobs correctly.
