Amber FryeThe location was closed in the middle of the afternoon. There was no signage as to where to drop the trailer. We did the best we could but I would have liked to have a person to accept the trailer.

David CarrellNo one was on site when we dropped off the trailer around 1:30 in the afternoon. I tried calling the number provided several times, but it was never answered and there was no option to leave a voicemail. This place looked more like an abandoned junk yard than a U-Haul rental facility.
Becky RobinsonThis place is a dump , weed , grass everywhere and nothing organize , I thought I was in a junkyard. The employer is moody and really have an attitude problem. he refused to give me a receipt at the moment and told me that it will come later in my email. I had to request it more than once for him to do it before I left the place. I arrived a day earlier than my rental period but couldn't drop it off because they stated business hours as 8am-3pm but when I arrived at 2:35p the place was closed , I had to come the next day , early this time. Nasty staff I have to say.

Scott YountThis is for corporate. I was instructed to upload my license using my phone. It used all my data and cost me an extra $15 with my phone carrier. I don't appreciate that being a requirement.
Claire AllenVery unfriendly and unprofessional.never said hi and complained that my reservation was at 445.i hooked up the trailier myself he never checked the lights. On returning the trailier I had to unhook it myself he walked up not a word was said. Until he was walking away. Thinking I would need to do some paperwork He just yelled your done.

Richard GasserTrailer completely full of trash, rocks, and leaves when picked up. Had to clean trailer out self before use.
keith overbackE Check in was difficult. Took us nearly 2 hours! Had troubles adding a driver. Business was not open when they said they would be so we didn't have assistance. Didn't receive a call from U-Haul to verify our account. We had to call U-Haul several times. Disappointed and will not go back.

Stephen ProvinceStraight your yard out and clean it up. Better entrance. Looks like a salvage yard not a uhaul rental. Use flat spots to check fluids. Speed limit sighs. Truck came right past me. Didn't even see me. About hit me.

Christopher HouseJohn lied and said all trailers were rented and up sold me to a 6x12 for a total of $40, when all I needed to move was one window. I should be due a refund but for sure, I will never rent from this facility ever again.

joseph biermannAt the end, I was charged another $60-$70 bc I didn’t fold four blankets in the back.. I was also short an approx 1/5 tank of gas. The gas I get, but the blankets??? Are you serious?
Dustin SchepkerJohn was horrible. He did nothing but cuss and talk bad about U-Haul and how they are a horrible company. The car hauler I rented had a bad jack on it so I had to use my own floor jack to get it on and off the hitch. John did not want to help me with this and he even said I don't know how you will get this off and I don't care. I would never use him again or recommend him to anyone.

Ahmad AlshatiThe guy at the desk was kind of an ass. I was late, yes. But I apologized and explained that my tardiness was unavoidable. His response was to the effect of everybody who’s late has an excuse. People are late picking up their equipment here 9 times out of 10 and you’re no different. I can’t speak to the other customers. I doubt they actually called ahead to tell the guy they were running behind but I did, out of courtesy. The least he could have done was be nice or shut up about the fact that I was late like all his other customers. I currently, serve in the military and punctuality is of the utmost importance to me. I never plan to be late for anything but sometimes, stuff happens.
