I have to say the customer service rep that helped me was amazing. I feel she went above and beyond. I originally booked a truck for pickup at 530p for 8.4.23 through Hometown Storage and whenbwe arrived at 5.32p there was noone there for me to be able to pick up the truck. We lost an hour of daylight working through that, but your customer service rep that i spoke to, took care of us immediately and send us just down the road to another location. With this Texas heat, her customer service made a difference. Thank her for me please
