Was all good. A phone number for verification besides an email or text would help peace of mind while moving is all I would recommend.
Doug RThe tires on our 26' U-Haul rental yesterday didn't seem to have much winter grip and gave us problems spinning out on snow and ice. It would be nice if winter tires or all season tires were on the units you rent in Canada. It's early February so we have to deal with winter conditions.

Glen ENot sure how milage is calculated, but on my last two U-Haul contracts I was charged for additional mileage. This contract was a single direct trip with no side trips and I still had to pay for extra milage.☹️
Colin HImprove the reservation system, which does not provide equipment as and where requested and then offers wholly impractical 'alternatives'. Were it not for U-Haul's monopoly I would never again patronize the independable service.

Patrick WTrailer was dirty on the outside. I had to keep tightening the hitch coupler thingy. Other then that the trailer pulled well.

Anna Ivery friendly. would have been more efficient service if they were allowed to use the laptop to do finalization of the bill. waiting for uhaul to finalize on the phone only wasted a lot my time and my ride backs time. Please consider allowing them to go back to laptop to do the paperwork as it would be more efficient for future users. and me if i need to use your services again

Daniel BWith very high volume of rentals, they still came through. I did have to drive 95 KM’s to get it, but they did have one.
GLEN BStaff was excellent. No trucks available in a major centre is a big problem. I reserved two months in advance. The fact that I was moved to Spruce grove and then an hour away in Gianford to pick up a total piece of crap truck is unbelievable.
Daniel MOffer better “in town” rates. It was cheaper to drive to Edmonton and drop off, than to do a return to original location.
