Sent me from pensecola to Millbrook knowing battery was dead could not turn off truck
Because the requested size truck was not available at the location and time that i was guaranteed, I am asking for the $50 that is promised when this guarantee is not met. The originally scheduled location (Pops Attic, Cantonment) was unreachable by phone before the day and time of pick up and failed to notify me that my order had been "upgraded" to a 26' truck from a 20' truck. Because I was driving a very long distance and did not have enough things to fill a 26' truck, this was an inconvenience rather than an upgrade. And so I had to pick up a 20' truck from an alternate location (KPS, Cantonment) where my requested dolly and furniture pads were not available. The entire pick-up experience was quite unpleasant and delayed my time-critical truck loading by almost two full hours.
