My original pickup location was changed to this one. My reservation was for 8 am. No one was at the business by 8:15, and they had 2 conflicting hours of operations listed (8-5 and 9-5). Very confusing. If I had been told the reservation time was changed to 9, that would have been helpful. Why I was informed of the location pickup change and not the time change, I don’t understand. They didn’t have the dolly I’d reserved. I ended up buying one at Home Depot, so I spent an additional $100 since one wasn’t available for me to rent. I had to go back inside to ask for the furniture pads because they weren’t in the truck.

Matthew HI had a reservation and it was completely lost, yet they took my credit card as a deposit. Waited outside the location for over an hour, nobody showed up but the truck was still there. Delisted my move by over 3 hours and then find out there was a bigger U-Haul at the same price and much closer with a person there. It was such a mess when I was ready at 8, told to wait till 11:30 at the other location, nobody showed up and then called, waited on hold for 15 min then directed to another location with the bigger truck that I was requesting when I made the reservation. Not sure why the reservation was at a location where nobody worked and there was a location closer with the 26 ft truck that I was requesting but they only could find a 20 ft where nobody worked.

Ira TI told the attendant about my dissatisfaction. The extra 17 miles should be waived (and the fee) as a courtesy for you changing my plans. Maybe he didn't have the ability or authority to waive the fee. I don't know.
