Edward APrevious renters must have been smokers - we are not smokers - so while in the cab for 2 days of driving to our destination, the smell made me feel ill. You may want to designate non-smoking option. I would have paid extra for that option!

Jason SClaimed I left an oil stain in the bed of the truck and charged me an additional $25 cleaning fee. I hauled a king bed and five rugs to habit for humanity,, which none had any type of oil. Oh well… I guess they needed the $25 bucks!

Derrick EThere were socks and other items from a previous rental in the truck. I had the truck rented for 24 hours from 5 pm Friday to 5 pm Saturday. Apparently, the location had also rented it out to be picked up at 12 pm on Saturday. Due to this, they called me multiple times throughout the day requesting updates on when I would be able to bring it back. I had spoken with a man named Keith on Thursday, and I told him that I would try to bring it back early but couldn't make any promises. Despite that conversation, the woman who was working on Saturday still called me multiple times throughout the day. I felt very harassed and pressure to return the truck early despite my renting it and paying to have it for a full 24 hours.

john T8 gallons of gas does not equal $37 and your truck was so horrible to drive! You obviously do not maintain those vehicles at all. Never again.

Bill SEmployee was complaining about not wanting to do Uhaul anymore. I was in a hurry due to my car being in accident and had to be at the towing facility by a certain time. The employee did apologize for the slowness. On a personal level he was nice. However complaining about the job was not needed professionally.
Sheila PThe two gentlemen we dealt with in the office were amazing. Very friendly, helpfull, and knowledgeable. We were walk ins and they had us on the road with a trailer in 20 minutes. Definitely will recommend. The facilitites were also very nice!

Steve FTrailer was old and door was roller type that stuck. I've used newer U-Haul trailers with the swing-open style doors that were vastly better. But, the staff at Razor Box in Bentonville were just fantastic to work with. I'd highly recommend them.
Zane RThis comment is not referring to the destination drop off but rather the problem of returning the truck. I already had a U-Haul account and it displays only one of my three U-Haul rentals over the past year. The other two (including my recent rental I wanted to turn in after hours) do not show up in my list of rentals. I was told this may be because one of them I ordered online and the other two were booked by phone. Although I had the order numbers and matched to my last name, I couldn’t associate the orders onto my U-Haul account or app. This creates a problem for checking in a truck because the links revert back to my account that doesn’t contain the order number of the truck I want to check in. There must be a way to associate all orders whether placed online or by phone into ones U-Haul account so they can be accessed for whatever reason.
DANIEL BGreat location, easy to get to and the trailer was clean and ready to go.
Randy DWrong size ramp on the truck. Too small for the size of truck. Made it difficult to load heavy large appliances and to unload them Took several men to just unload one freezer. Also because of that I twisted my knee very bad.
