Shorton the confirmation time. I started your registration process on Apr. 4th for a truck needed on Apr. 19th. I had no confirmation of a pick-up location near me until the 18th.

I didn’t have a problem with this location, my problem was with the 24/7 pick up service. I had the worst experience and will never ever use the app again. U-Haul failed badly and my 10 hour move became 13 hours because of this terrible situation.
