The extra charges were out of hand . I did call n apologized for leaving da interior light on. I turned it on to make sure I left it clean n how I got it. But I feel I was over charged for something I apologized for so I wouldn’t recommend U-HAUL to no one PERIOD.

Paul PKevin the owner is a scammer.. I rented a 15ft truck that had to be swept out before I was able to use it. The son Kevin Jr did sweep it out for us, and we swept it out after we were done as well, but they still charged us $25 for cleaning.. also unable to do the ‘app’ checkout after hours .so they charged me another $20 dollars for late return although it was returned on time.. I made a point to look into cameras when returned truck and point out I was on time and yet he still charged me because I wasn’t able to do lot on app.. he said not his problem call corporate.. everything I brought up he said call corporate.. I am not the first to give this guy a bad review.. there are many UHaul in the area.. do not use him!

Carolyn EJust to give the right code for vehicle keys. Wasted half hour thinking the lock was faulty with code given when after speaking to customer care for 10 minutes they just gave me a different code and it work.
Daniel LI was advise that the truck was not received and I was also told that I didn’t go through the app I did go through the app and I was still charged a fee it was horrible customer service and there was a glinch in the system. The reps argued with me back and was very rude
PRECIOUS WI was always told, "If it's not broken, don't fix it". I had such a good experience with 'Kevin's, that I rented from them a 2nd time in the same month, and will rent from them again if and when I need a truck rental. Easy pickup and return. The price was the same as quoted. No surprised extra fees.

Johnny RWe didn't receive any of the moving accessories we had ordered. Our move was planned weeks in advance and we assumed that we would have the necessary dollys with our reservation. When these were not available and no attempt was made by uhaul to locate and get the items to us, it screwed up our move. Uhaul really let me down this time.

Samuel GThe truck smelled like someone smoked in it constantly, but honestly, I have rented 4 trucks in this 2021, 2022 and they all smelled like an ashtray. I sprayed it down with cherry odor eliminator and it was tolerable.
