Seems like it would be much quicker to do the in-person option. But the staff at the location was incredibly helpful and told me that they would check it out for me so I didn't have to wait for the app!

Linda King-RowellI did the Mobil check In. But then was told I had to go inside. The store was busy and the guy that usually handles the U-Haul was on the phone , I guess. Another guy had assisted me. I was given a key and told it was out front. I went outside, it was not out front. I went back in. The guy said oh it’s in the dirt lot in the back. He was going to make me go get it. Other guy told him to get it. Guy got it and parked, didn’t go over anything and walked away. I drove U-Haul to location. Opened back to realize they did not give me the dolly and moving blankets I had paid for. A super frustrating experience, for an already stressful day. I called uhaul to tell them that I didn’t receive the items and they said they’d credit me. Seems I have to wait until they review the vehicle for me to get a receipt, so I can see if they removed the items from my receipt. I can understand it’s a busy place and I had changed the truck size the day of, so this may have been a fluke.

robert reynoldsI only had the truck for an hour starting at 11. I drove 13 miles and dropped it off at 12ish. I’m being charged about 40 dollars more because they are saying I dropped it off an hour late. This is crap and not right. I’m going to call my credit card company to complain about this fraud charge.

Gerard McHughOur trailer return was not registered on the day of the return, and we received an e-mail asking us to return it the following day -- had to call to make sure all was in order, but then did receive a receipt. That's our only complaint.

William BOCCHINOThe app sucks. I was unable to get the reservation I made in Mt. Kisco because the app didn't recognize my confirmation number (which I received via email). I tried calling only to be told it was a 45 minute wait. So, I want to Golden's Bridge where Warren did a fantastic job of getting me into a van. Hi praise for Warren. Nothing but bile for the app.

Robert StuartKing Lumber was great. Perfect place to pick up. Highly recommend over self-service in Brewster where if there’s a glitch verifying your info your sh*tout of luck because Hannah will just drop you on chat. All in all though uhaul was great for a move.

john bauckhamThe problem is with uhaul, not the dealer per se. I drove this uhaul a total of 10 miles. Exactly 10 miles. I took a photo of the gauge on the way out. I was charged two gallons of gas. I know I didn’t rent an 18-wheeler but all efforts to fix the bill have gone nowhere. I’m left with refusing the charge on my credit card, which I will now do. I’m not taking this kind of baloney. This is a matter of principle, not money. I have rights and you can’t just do whatever you want.
JOEL WOLFThe truck was filthy dirty mud covered the exterior ,along with the interior seating was covered with dog hair and was also filthy! Every time I rent a truck the next one is worst then the last! It was so bad my wife would not enter into the truck! It’s a pity a vehicle with 3,500 hundred miles I would consider as a valued asset to be abused and neglected
Nicholas PennachioI'm not sure what the purpose of mobile pick up is. The process was incredibly inconvenient and after all the hoops I had to jump through just to be approved to take the truck (someone was supposed to have called my friend to verify my identity - never got that call and I was waiting outside for a while), I still had to go inside to get the keys anyways. It probably doubled the amount of time a normal pick up would have taken. The inside of the truck was also pretty dirty.
